All flights are operated by FAR Part 135 air carriers that exercise full operational control of charter flights at all times. Nie Planes, LLC dba N2 Air operates under FAA Air Carrier Certificate # NPRA177K. Some flights will be operated by third party FAR Part 135 operators. These operators have met both FAA and Nie Planes, LLC standards.
